Join us in a transformative experience of rest and sound as we celebrate the Spring Equinox!

At this time of renewal and awakening, we honour the consciousness of fierce grace, empowering us to view past and present challenges not as obstacles but as springboards to new perspectives and ways of being.

Through gentle restorative poses, we will soothe the nervous system and rewire our minds to release stress and scarcity, inviting in a state of peace and abundance.

As we embrace the consciousness of purification and discernment, we will create a sacred space to immerse ourselves in the profound wisdom and truth of the universe.

To elevate our spirits and calm our minds, we will engage in a sensory matcha ritual, awakening our senses and deepening our connection to the present moment.

Our journey will be further enriched by the enchanting sounds of flutes, including the Japanese Shakuhachi and various Native American flutes, played by the very talented Arran Burton.

Join us as we honour this auspicious time of year, welcoming the spring equinox together with rituals that celebrate new beginnings and expansive consciousness.

Spaces are limited, please secure a your booking online.
